How often is Geek at Heart delivered?

Right now, Geek at Heart is a subscription box believe delivered on a bi-monthly basis. That means our boxes will be delivered every other month. In the future we may switch to a monthly subscription model, however when we make that transition we will be very vocal about the change and you will not be surprised. 

 

What comes in your boxes?

We like to keep our themes for our boxes in the arena of Geek Culture. It is quite common that you will find we have blended a few fandoms that fall under the same genre, along with some additional details that you may not expect. Your box will always come with 5-6 high end items that we would gladly use ourselves.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within North America. If you are interested in international shipping, please sign up for our Newsletter to find out when we may be expanding. 

 

What is your returns policy?

The moment your box has been shipped, we will no longer offer any refunds. However if you feel your package is unsatisfactory, please contact geekatheartbox@gmail.com.

 

How do I track my order?

It is our goal to make sure you can enjoy your box for its particular month during that actual month. We will keep our shipping date clear (usually the end of the first week of the month). Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your box. Please pay attention to this tracking to make sure your item is not stolen upon delivery to your doorstep. 

 

Lost/Stolen Package?

When your box is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Once the package leaves our hands and through the entire shipping process, it is the responsibility of the Postal Service. If for some reason you do not receive your package, please email geekatheartbox@gmail.com and we will examine our options. All issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis..
